Parker & Kin was founded to help organizations strengthen operational performance and build the internal systems required to sustain growth.

The firm was established by Alysa Sheckler, an operations executive with extensive experience leading and scaling technology organizations. As President of a $50M fintech division, she led global operations supporting enterprise banking clients and oversaw large-scale delivery organizations, operational frameworks, and performance infrastructure.

Her work has consistently focused on translating growth into sustainable execution—designing the operational systems, structures, and processes that allow organizations to scale effectively.
